Physicians deserve to work with a wealth management practice they can trust and rely on. At Forme Financial, your satisfaction is paramount to us.

We back this belief by paying our advisors a salary plus bonus based on client happiness. Your advisory team is on your side, working in your best interests and for your satisfaction.

We also back this commitment to you with a satisfaction guarantee. We want to know if your expectations are not being met and will do our best to make things right. If you are not completely satisfied with our efforts, we will refund your advisory fee*. This is a promise you can count on.

Questions about Forme’s Satisfaction Guarantee

What fees are covered by the guarantee?

We will refund your previous quarter’s fee as outlined in our Wealth Management Agreement, including:
• Forme’s advisory fee
• Forme’s financial planning fee

Are any fees not covered by the guarantee?

While the guarantee covers our fees, there are services to which it does not apply. The guarantee does not apply to fees charged by unaffiliated third parties such as Independent Managers, your account custodian, operating expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs, or interest paid on margin loans.

Who should I contact if I have questions or would like to request a refund?

You may call a Forme associate at (914) 417-4556 or your Pro Forme Advisor. After speaking with Forme if you still would like to request a refund, please submit your request in writing to hello@formefinancial.com.

How long do I have to request a refund under the guarantee?

Refund requests must be received in writing within 90 days of the date the fee was charged.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Funds will be credited to the account charged in approximately four weeks of a valid request.

*If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, at your written request to hello@formefinancial.com Forme Financial will refund any eligible fee related to your concern. Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the date the fee was charged. Two kinds of "Fees" are eligible for this guarantee: (1) Forme’s Advisory Fee as outlined in our Wealth Management Agreement and  (2) Forme’s Financial Planning Fee as outlined in our Wealth Management Agreement or Financial Planning Agreement.

The guarantee does not cover fees charged by unaffiliated Independent Managers who may  manage your accounts. The guarantee also does not cover fees charged by unaffiliated third parties such as your custodian, operating expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs, or interest paid on margin loans.  For more information about unaffiliated third party fees, please refer to your Wealth Management Agreement.

The guarantee is only available to current clients. Refunds will only be applied to the account charged and will be credited within approximately four weeks of a valid request. No other charges or expenses, and no market losses will be refunded. Other restrictions may apply. Forme reserves the right to change or terminate the guarantee at any time.
